Frequently Asked Questions

Stepping into mentoring or coaching can bring up all sorts of questions, especially if you are navigating change, considering a career transition, or simply feeling the pull for something more. It is completely normal to want clarity about how it works, what to expect, and how the practical details fit into your life or organisation. This page answers the most common questions so you can move forward feeling informed and comfortable.

If you do not see your question here, that is okay too. Every woman and every organisation comes with a different story, different pressures and different goals. These FAQs are designed to give you a clear overview of how sessions are delivered, how confidentiality is handled, and what to expect around bookings and payments. From there, we can have a conversation that is tailored to you.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before I start?

Not at all. Many women come to mentoring or coaching because they don’t have the answers yet. You’re welcome exactly as you are, unsure, curious, overwhelmed, hopeful, or somewhere in between. Together, we uncover what’s important and shape a path forward that feels sustainable and empowering.

How are sessions delivered?

All mentoring, coaching and career transition 1:1 sessions are delivered online, however, we can arrange face to face sessions at an additional cost to cover meeting room costs, travel and mileage if required.

Organisational in person sessions can be arranged and additional charges may be applied depending on location and scope. Additional charges may apply to cover:

  • Travel time and mileage
  • Accommodation, if an overnight stay is required
  • Venue hire or meeting room costs
  • Any associated expenses will be agreed in advance

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is respected at all times. Everything shared in our sessions remains confidential, unless there is a legal or safety requirement to disclose information. For organisational clients, any reporting is high level and never includes personal details without consent.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. We simply ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions are charged at the full session fee, as that time is held specifically for you. Refunds are not provided for late cancellations or missed appointments.

How do payments work?

Payment is made at the time of booking for individual sessions and packages. Organisations are invoiced according to agreed terms.
