K & Co Collective is born from three decades of leadership in the community services sector, where Karina Hogan worked across health, disability, housing, and education to uplift those most vulnerable. From leading programs to transforming local services, her career has always been anchored in compassion, equity, and impact.
After witnessing countless women and professionals navigating transition without the support they deserved, Karina envisioned a space where transformation could feel safe, energising, and deeply human. That vision became K & Co Collective, a consultancy, coaching, career transition and mentoring service. And the enterprise became a professional offering of services that you will find here to engage and define your professional development.
Our story is one of resilience, reinvention, and collective impact. We believe that when organisations thrive and women rise with clarity and confidence, communities flourish.
